Meeting Between Chairman of Pakistan Restaurants Unity Association and Governor Punjab
Aamer Rafique Qureshi, the Chairman of Pakistan Restaurants Unity Association (PRU), recently met with Governor Punjab Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman in Lahore to discuss current business conditions and mutual interests affecting the restaurant community.
The meeting focused on various challenges faced by the government and how these challenges impact the restaurant sector.
During the discussion, Mr. Qureshi raised concerns regarding the recent government decision, which mandates early business closures.
He highlighted how this decision has adversely affected the restaurant community and continues to pose significant challenges to their operations.
Mr. Qureshi emphasized the urgent need for the restaurant sector to be recognized as a formal industry, advocating for greater support and consideration from the government.
In response, Governor Baligh Ur Rehman assured Mr. Qureshi that he would forward these recommendations to the Punjab Government for further consideration.
Both leaders acknowledged the importance of collective efforts to drive the country towards progress and development.
