PRU’s Commitment to International Standards in the Restaurant Sector
The Pakistan Restaurants Unity Association (PRU) is dedicated to implementing international standards within the restaurant and hospitality sector across Pakistan.
As Chairman of PRU, Mr. Aamer Rafique Qureshi held an in-depth meeting with Mr. Rafaqat Ali, the Director General of the Punjab Food Authority.
During this meeting, Mr. Qureshi invited the DG and his team to visit and inspect any of the PRU member restaurants. This initiative aims to identify key areas for improvement and provide valuable suggestions regarding practices that may compromise health and safety.
PRU’s primary goal is to ensure that all member restaurants offer 100% hygienic food that meets established standards.
The association is committed to adhering to expert recommendations provided by the Punjab Food Authority to enhance food safety and quality.
Mr. Aamer Rafique Qureshi’s leadership emphasizes the importance of fostering a healthy relationship between the public and private sectors, facilitating collaboration for the betterment of the restaurant industry in Pakistan.
This initiative is just one of the many efforts he has undertaken as Chairman of PRU to elevate industry standards and promote public health.
