In preparation for this event, a meeting was held today at the PRU head office in Gulberg, Lahore, where PRU Chairman Mr. Aamer Rafique Qureshi and his team met with the leadership of CAP to discuss collaborative plans.

Attendees included CAP’s prominent members such as Mr. Zubair Khan (Founding Member and Senior Vice President), Mr. Ahmad Hayat (Founding Member and Joint Secretary), Mr. Tariq Ameen (Founding Member and Member of the Executive Body), and Mr. Anjum Javaid (Founding Member and Member of the Executive Body).

The gathering focused on finalizing the agenda for International Chefs Day and exploring areas for cooperation under PRU’s support to advance the chef community in Pakistan.

An exciting part of this collaboration is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) planned for signing on October 20, 2022, to solidify mutual goals and joint efforts to uplift the chef profession in Pakistan.

Both associations are enthusiastic about working together to honor the skills and contributions of chefs and to drive the food industry forward.
